Villa Sofia is a lovely holiday home of 240 sq. m. located in the idyllic settlement of Amoni. It is a new residence with a nice garden, table tennis, full size billiard table and all necessary facilities for a relaxed and pleasant stay, ideal for families and couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday together.
The location of the Villa is peaceful, with complete privacy and just a few minutes from Mikro Amoni bay. The beach and the local tavern can be reached within 15-20 minutes’ walk.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, free Wi Fi and a spacious common room with a full size billiard table and table tennis. The villa accommodates 9 people and there are 2 extra folding beds additional for small children.
The property has three levels. On the first floor, where the main entrance is, there is a spacious living area, with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a furnished veranda with an outstanding sea view. The floor has straight access to the garden.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: One master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with a magnificent sea view. A single bedroom with a balcony with an astonishing sea and mountain view and another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony with a sea and mountain view. There are two extra folding beds available there and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
On the ground floor, which has also straight access to the garden, there is a large common room (playroom) with a full size billiards table, a table tennis, two single beds and a couch, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room with a washing machine and a second fridge. There are 5 air conditioning devices, one at each of the bedrooms and one in the living area of the first floor.
Besides Mikro Amoni bay, one can also swim in Fragolimano bay, where a cantene is open during summer, Megalo Amoni bay and Kalogerolimano bay. All within 3-10 minutes by car.
